Jody is an award-winning storyteller, an inspirational leader, and a seasoned media executive with an illustrious career spanning nearly three decades in content creation, communications, outreach, engagement, partnerships, and media strategies. Anchored in a steadfast commitment to the power of storytelling, she has forged an innovative approach that acts as a channel to educate, inform, and engage audiences across the globe. Throughout her career, Jody has held several high-ranking positions in the media industry, including as the Executive Director of CNN’s long-form division. She has also overseen content and original programming for Paul G. Allen’s Vulcan Productions and various international media companies. Jody has earned numerous accolades, including Peabody Awards, Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia University Awards, and multiple Emmy Awards. Several of her projects were nominated for Academy Awards.
